TERMS OF SERVICE

By buying any kind of artwork from me you agree to the rules below!

  • You can come to me with any idea, I can fully follow your concept or help build it from a rough idea.

  • Commissioner may use the artwork as their avatar/wallpaper/banner etc.

  • If you want to print the commission (for example, as a poster or sticker) for personal use, please let me know in advance.

  • For commercial projects, the price and deadline are negotiated individually. Personal commissions are prohibited from being used for commercial purposes.

  • The commissioner must give credit in case of reposting it on social media.

  • It is forbidden to use/modify my artwork using AI.

  • As the author, I reserve the right to use/distribute commissions on social media for self-promotion and for my portfolio.

The commission process

  • To get started, please fill out my commission form or discuss your idea with me on Discord.

  • Once we've gone over all the details of your commission, I'll provide you with the final price.

  • After payment, I may ask you a few additional questions regarding your commission. Once I have all the information I need to begin, I’ll start working on the sketch.

  • I’ll send you several sketch options to choose from so you can pick the one you like the most. You can also request 3 free changes during this stage.

  • Once the sketch is approved, I’ll move on to rendering.

  • When the commission is complete, I’ll send you a link to the full-resolution PNG file via Google Drive.

Revisions

  • You may request revisions during the sketch stage (3 free revision rounds are included, any further revisions will be charged separately)

  • Once the sketch has been approved, any changes to it or a complete change of the concept will require an additional fee.

  • Any edits of the finished piece will cost extra. In case of my mistake, edits are free.

Payment

  • Payment is via LavaTop (accepts PayPal and bank cards)

  • Full prepayment or split payment (where you pay 50% first and the remaining amount after the sketch is approved)

  • Extra payment for complex details and other things.

  • Refunds are not available.

Things that cause extra payment

  • Creating a character from an idea or a written description

  • Complex characters design, outfit, details

  • Props

  • Other complications that can make the drawing process difficult and time-consuming (I will specify personally)

I draw

  • Humans, pony, anthro, furries, fantasy creatures and animals

  • Canon characters and original characters

  • Yumeships

  • SFW/NSFW

I don't draw

  • Mecha

  • Anything that promotes racist, homophobic, transphobic or any other offensive subjects

  • Extreme fetishes
